Here are a few pieces I did for a contest with the New Yorker. My girlfriend told me of this contest with the New Yorker where you interpret their character image. It was called The New Yorker's Eustace Tilley Contest. No cash prize. You just get some small exposure through their website. Not even on their publication. Yeah, its a bit lame. But, it was a fun exercise. That's all I was looking for. I just tried to interpret the character into three different styles. I actually had other styles in mind, but ran out of time. Anyway, here they are. Enjoy!
